Divines tent only stays if you beat NKG without upgrading all fragile charms. After upgrading all 3, there is still the Legeater until her tent disappears. As much as I know, banishing the Troupe removes all tents without the upgrades, leaving you with fragile charms. Morally banishment is better but you should honestly choose based on what charm you want/if you want to fight the last boss of that dlc.
