I normally get my pay direct deposited to my bank once each week, but occasionally I’ll have a reason to want my money NOW. So I like to have the dash card as an option. If you are using your dash money to get an apartment, car, or anything that requires a bank to check your proof of income, then I’d strongly recommend AGAINST the dash card.

Dasher direct is great as a way to get your money quickly from DD to your other bank account. I wouldn't recommend it as your main bank account, but technically it is a checking account with a routing number, etc and you could use it to direct deposit from any other job.

They'll do things like add requirements to have 500 dollars in the account at all times or be charged a fee just to have the account at all.
